This means customers are assured of a reliable and resilient service as well as consistent speeds. It also enables future expansion and new product development.

Zen ensures you are speaking to the right person rather than being passed from one department to another. Training and experience are used rather than reading from scripts and employees are focussed on resolving issues first time and restoring service as quickly as possible.

We have supported various projects such as Groundwork Oldham and Rochdale, Springhill High School mentoring programme as well as supporting local charities such as Springhill Hospice, the New Children's Hospital Appeal, Rochdale Children's Moorland Home, our recent chosen charity Dr Kershaw's Hospice, plus many more.

Zen Internet's headquarters is based in Rochdale, the town where it was founded, and currently employs over 400 people.
